Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days, or 5–10 business days during busy periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Carriers & Tracking
- All orders ship via Australia Post with tracking.
- Express options are available at checkout.
- Tracking activates after your parcel is scanned by the carrier (weekend/public holiday dispatches may update next business day).
Destinations
Shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and parts of Europe and Asia. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Delays & Responsibility
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once handed to the carrier, transit times and delays are outside of my control. THEBRIDEAU is not responsible for courier errors, incorrect addresses provided by customers, postal delays, or loss/theft after delivery.
Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs set by your country’s customs authority. These are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer before release of the parcel. Refusing delivery to avoid fees may result in return charges and forfeiture for custom items.
