Every order is made to order and carefully personalised before dispatch.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days.
During busy periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, I'll contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
International Orders
THEBRIDEAU currently ships to 35+ countries worldwide.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact support@thebrideau.com.au and I'll be happy to check whether shipping is available.
