Shipping Policy
I’m pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Orders to the United States are subject to new tariff regulations — please refer to the U.S. Tariff Information page for details.

Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days.
- During busy periods or promotions, processing may take 5–10 business days.
Delivery
- All orders are shipped via the method you select at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel leaves my hands.
- You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Pickup
Local pickup is not available.
Returns & Exchanges
- Custom Products: Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Non-Custom Items: These can be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Defects or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me with photos and your order number so I can arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
Please note, THEBRIDEAU is not responsible for:
- Mistakes made by shipping couriers
- Wrong addresses provided by customers
- Postal service delays or damage
- PO Box delivery issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
